Ayesha Qadeer currently serves as Senior Manager for Global Advanced Wound Care Strategy at Convatec, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ayesha took a sabbatical focusing on family, self-reflection, and personal skill development from November 2022 to May 2023. Ayesha's previous experience includes various roles at Accenture from March 2017 to November 2022, starting as an Analyst and advancing to Management Consultant. Before that, Ayesha worked as a Clinical Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania from February 2012 to December 2016. Ayesha holds a Master's degree in Public Health obtained from the University of Pennsylvania between 2014 and 2016 and a Post-baccalaureate degree in Biological Sciences from the same institution from 2010 to 2012.
