Melissa Blaxton is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience in payroll administration and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Administrator at Control Tech since May 2023, Melissa previously held the role of Payroll Administrator at PTW Energy Services from June 2016 to April 2023, where responsibilities included processing biweekly payroll for approximately 750 employees, handling payroll deductions, and extensive reporting. Prior to this, Melissa gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Summit Polymers, managing payroll, employee benefits, and new employee orientation, and as a Human Resources Generalist at EQ-The Environmental Quality Company, overseeing payroll processing and recruitment tasks.
