Jara Lebid is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and management. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Manager at Controlant since January 2021, Jara previously held the position of Operations Manager at Nauthóll ehf. for a brief period. Prior to that, Jara worked as a Customer Service Coordinator for the DACH and Benelux regions at TOMS and as a Key-Account Manager for DACH and the Rest of Europe at Maya Gold Trading BV. Early career roles include a Customer Service Agent and Tourism Consultant at Royal Caribbean International and an English and German Teacher at Axis Educational Center. Jara holds a Master’s degree in Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from The University of Freiburg and an undergraduate degree from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
