Michi Sasano has a strong background in executive leadership and consulting. They began their career at KPMG in 1998, where they worked as a Manager until 2004. Following this, they joined Owners Brain K.K. as a Director from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the CEO & President of Biz Consulting K.K. Most recently, Michi Sasano has held the position of CEO of the Japan entity at Control Solutions International since 2008.

Michi Sasano attended Sophia University from 1990 to 1993. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Economics.
