Genevieve Gilson serves as the Director of Client Solutions & Support at CDP, leading efforts to optimize technical projects and manage a significant client database migration. With prior experience as Associate Director of Technical Program Management and Director of Training and Systems Support, Genevieve has driven strategic initiatives for over 35 public media stations and 400+ Salesforce users, centralizing support systems and enhancing service delivery. Genevieve's background includes extensive roles at WGBH, where training programs and efficiency processes were developed, alongside earlier production roles at Johnson & Murphy Productions, contributing skills in project management and client relations. Genevieve holds an MFA in Film Production from Chapman University and a BA in English and History from Cornell College.
