Radostina Dobreva has an extensive background in human resources and talent management, with current roles at ContourGlobal as Manager HR Projects and Manager Human Resources, a.i. Prior experiences include leading HR initiatives at Concentrix and Avon, where Radostina focused on HR strategy, talent management, and leadership development across the EMEA region. Earlier roles at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company encompassed capabilities development and implementation of HR processes. Radostina began professional career in IT, working as an IT Expert at the Bulgarian Ministry of Education before transitioning to HR.
