Hafsa K. currently serves as Team Lead GRC at Contour Software since June 2022, bringing extensive experience from AutoSoft Dynamics (Pvt.) Limited, where a tenure from April 2008 to June 2022 included roles as Sr. Manager and various managerial positions focused on governance, risk management, and quality assurance. Responsibilities included project governance, audit compliance, and business continuity planning, along with overseeing the Change Control Board. Prior experience also includes a managerial role at Worldcall Telecom Limited, where Hafsa K. achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for the quality management system. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Psychology from the University of the Punjab and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Open University.
