Leane Kramer is currently working as a Communication and Marketing Manager and Regional Manager at Continuum of Colorado since January 2015. Prior to this, Leane had experience as a Community Living Manager, QIDP, ICF/ID RPI, and Instructor at Hope Haven, Inc. from June 2004 to June 2015. Leane graduated from Dordt University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
