Mike Macdonald is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in technical analysis and market strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst at Continuum Economics and a Senior Technical Strategist at 4CAST since March 2018, Mike also holds the position of Honorary Fellow at Werthstein. Previously, Mike was the Director of XATSUK Ltd, where time-sensitive analysis on FX, Equity, Commodity, and ETF markets was provided. Mike's career includes pivotal roles at Credit Suisse, where a cross-asset technical analysis department for the APAC region was established, and Forecast Pte Ltd, where market commentary on major financial instruments was delivered. Mike started in the technical analysis field at 4CAST Ltd, contributing to the development of a key analysis product. Educationally, Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Manchester.
