Nancy Fagan, CMC, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Continuum Care Strategies, focusing on business growth and long-term care consulting. Previously, Nancy held the same position at ElderTree Care Management from March 2020 to September 2023, overseeing care managers, client development, and challenging case management, while also serving as an expert witness in court. Nancy's extensive experience in the field includes roles such as Executive Director/Senior Care Manager and Owner of Long Term Care Consulting, along with significant positions at Collington Episcopal Life Care Community and the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Wheaton College and has completed partial coursework towards a Master's in Health Care Administration at The George Washington University.
