Rashmi Karurmath is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and strategy, currently serving as the General Manager - Head Of Business Development & Strategy at Continental since November 2021. Prior to this role, Rashmi held various leadership positions within Continental, including Head of Department for the ADAS Application project in Europe, Group Lead for Functional Delivery Owner, and Project Manager from August 2016 to August 2021. Rashmi's career began at Robert Bosch, where significant contributions were made as a Senior Technical Product Manager and Project Manager from May 2011 to July 2016, following an earlier role in powertrain development at Robert Bosch from January 2007 to April 2011. Academic qualifications include a management program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in late 2022 and a degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
