Paulo Alves is an experienced professional in the automotive and engineering sectors, currently serving as the Head of Automotive Business Contitech at Continental, where responsibilities include overseeing the P&L of various automotive business units and managing operations at the São Paulo manufacturing plant. Prior to this role, Paulo held multiple leadership positions at Continental, including Managing Director and Business Unit Director, focusing on Fluid System, Vibration Control, and Body & Security units. Paulo's career began at Siemens, where significant accomplishments included managing product engineering, leading a large team, and driving substantial sales growth.
