Hans-Jürgen Duensing is a Member of the Executive Board at Continental's ContiTech Division. Prior to this, they served as Regional Business Director at Axalta from June 2019 to November 2020. In this role, they were responsible for global key account management for the Ford Motor Company account within the Mobile Fluid Systems business unit. From January 2011 to December 2016, they served as Key Account Manager II at United States Steel Corporation. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for major accounts in the automotive industry while maintaining relationship with customers. From January 2008 to December 2011, they served as Account Manager at Cooper Standard where they managed a team of sales professionals and achieved annual sales targets.
Hans-Jürgen Duensing completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Hans-Jürgen then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Oakland University. In addition, they have taken courses in Effective Communications & Human Relations and Effective Negotiating from Dale Carnegie Training and Karrass Negotiation Training, respectively.
