Kristina Staude, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Partner at Continental Plastic Corp since September 2021, where Kristina previously held positions as an HR Generalist and Interim HR Manager. Prior to this role, Kristina worked at SSI Sintered Specialties from June 2015 to September 2021 as an HR Generalist and Benefits Specialist, and served as the HR Administrative Assistant, being the primary contact for the organization. Earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director for the Geneva Lake West Chamber of Commerce from July 2008 to June 2015, managing operations and events for 160 local businesses, as well as holding various roles including Day Manager at Gordy's Boat House from July 2000 to December 2006. Kristina holds two Associate's degrees from Gateway Technical College in Interpreting for the Deaf and Micro Computer Specialist, and has a background in Liberal Arts from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
