Michelle Hayden began their work experience in 2008 as a Water Safety Instructor for the Renton School District. Michelle then moved on to work as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk at Walker's Renton Subaru Mazda from December 2012 to April 2014. Following this, they joined Altrom America Corporation as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist from April 2014 to January 2018. Michelle then worked at The Krusteaz Company, starting as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator II from January 2018 to July 2019, and later transitioned to a Trade Promotion Analyst role from July 2019 onwards.

Michelle Hayden attended Tahoma Senior High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in the year 2011.
