Andrew Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership within the insurance and sports sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Continental Insurance & Financial Services since November 2022, Andrew also holds the positions of President and Chairman at Abu Dhabi Harlequins, a prominent rugby club in the Middle East established in 1970 with over 1000 playing members. Andrew has a history of leadership roles, including Managing Director at Dumnonia Limited and former CEO of Prosperity Insurance Brokerage LLC, where efforts focused on building a dynamic multi-brand company and a respected distribution network.
