Nicholas Hardy, CSSBB, currently serves as a Project Manager at Continental Cement Co since March 2023 and concurrently holds the role of Chief Operations Officer and Senior Project Manager at Forge Applied Science & Technology since July 2021. With extensive experience in the US Army as an Infantry member since March 2006, Nicholas also contributed to program management in industrial engineering at Quincy Metal Fabricators from May 2021 to February 2023. Previous roles include Project Management and Mechanical Designer at Ingersoll Rand and Mechanical Designer at Gardner Denver, as well as a Product Designer at Knapheide. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Operation Management with a focus on Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor of Science in Project Management from Colorado State University Global, and an Associate of Arts in CAD/CADD Drafting from Heartland Community College.
