Karen Hong

Karen Hong has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Karen is currently serving as the Global CEO and President of Continental Aerospace Technologiesâ„¢ since September 2021. In this position, they are responsible for managing the global operations and maintaining investor and shareholder relations.

Prior to their current role, Karen held various roles in Continental Aerospace Technologiesâ„¢, including Global CFO and SVP from February 2020 to March 2022. During their tenure, they successfully led the global operation, improved cash flow by $30M, and achieved annual labor and interest savings.

Before joining Continental Aerospace Technologiesâ„¢, Karen served as the Global CFO at Joyson Safety Systems from September 2018 to February 2020. Karen provided leadership to the finance and IT departments of the company, managing a significant revenue and profit margin.

Additionally, Karen has held positions in Milacron as a Global Controller and Finance Director, where they managed global finance and accounting activities and achieved remarkable results in terms of increased EBITDA, improved cash flow, and reduced working capital.

Earlier in their career, Karen worked at Chrysler Group LLC and Chrysler LLC in various finance roles. Karen successfully developed service contracts, managed financial and accounting controlling, and implemented various financial models and templates, leading to operational improvements and cost savings.
