Jessica Short is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the European Product Manager at Contiki since June 2023, Jessica leads the development of new products through in-depth research and strategic alignment. Prior roles include Operations Executive at Ocean Bottle, where efficiencies were enhanced in daily operations, and Hotel Operations and Virtual Volunteer Lead at Care4Calais, focusing on support for asylum seekers. Jessica also has experience as a European Trip Manager at Contiki, where management of multi-country excursions was key. Additional roles include camp counselling, academic mentorship, events management internship, and a sustainability internship at Tesco PLC. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with French and a PG-Certificate in Responsible Tourism Management.
