Jaclyn Wetzel has worked for four companies since 2010. At More Space Place, they held the roles of Designer and Sales and Office Manager. At Richards & Richards Office Records Management, they were a Sales Coordinator. At naviHealth, they held the roles of Network Coordinator, Network Coordinator II, Network Data Analyst, and Product Owner. Currently, they are an Associate Product Manager at Contessa Health. In their roles, they have led product creation processes, managed product backlogs, conducted data analysis, provided specialized role training, processed discharge records, and managed client databases.

Jaclyn Wetzel obtained their Bachelor of Science in Housing and Environmental Design from Olivet Nazarene University between 2005 and 2009. In 2014, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Health Care Management from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In 2019, they were certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance. Jaclyn is also a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III from the Pragmatic Institute.
