Laurene Arella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Laurene started their career in 2013 as a Sales & Marketing Intern and Waitress-Bar Tender at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. Laurene then worked as an F&B Management Trainee at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort in 2015. In 2016, they joined D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions as a Market Manager, where they managed a portfolio of 300 partner hotels and worked on improving their performance and visibility on AccorHotels.com. Laurene joined Contentsquare in 2017 and held several roles, including Customer Success Associate and Product Specialist - Analytics Consultant, where they were responsible for enhancing product adoption and creating tailored use cases for strategic clients. In 2021, they became a Lead Solution Expert at Contentsquare.

Laurene Arella completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Hospitality from ESSEC Business School, between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality from Vatel France, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Laurene also obtained a certification in the ContentSquare UXA platform from ContentSquare in October 2017.
