Jack Garfinkel is a Content Designer at Content Design London, with previous experience as a Senior Content Designer at Scope from October 2017 to November 2023, where Jack hired and led a team focused on creating accessible content for disabled individuals and their families. Prior to this, Jack worked at NCVO as a Web Production Manager, employing analytics and user research to enhance content delivery, and provided training in web writing, SEO, and accessibility. Jack's earlier roles included Online Content Editor at School Food Matters and E-marketing and UX Consultant for Help the Hospices. Jack began a career as a Systems Engineer at Stromboli and Objective Productions. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Sheffield and a certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly.
