Volkan Karabacak is an accomplished leader in the field of education and technology, currently serving as President of Contemporary Technology University since 2019. Karabacak is the Founder of Clup.com and dAngel Fund, both established in 2023 and 2022 respectively, and previously founded Edbase and Üniversite Plus, organizations dedicated to enhancing access to higher education. Karabacak's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Microbiology and Immunology from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Molecular Biology from Boğaziçi University, complemented by studies at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the University of Cambridge.
