Denise Beuthner is an experienced consultant and project manager with a strong background in organizational development and innovation. Currently serving as Innovations- und Organisationsberaterin at contec GmbH since January 2019, Denise has held various roles including Projektassistentin and Mitarbeiterin Backoffice. As a co-founder of pflegesterne.de from March 2020 to July 2023, Denise contributed significantly to the initiative. Denise also led the Blinc - Blind Inclusion project as part of voluntary work with Enactus Ruhr-Universität Bochum from November 2016 to June 2020, and held the position of Operations Lead. Previous experiences include work as a Werkstudentin HR at innogy SE and as a Sprachcoach for children with migration backgrounds. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Erziehungswissenschaften und Sozialwissenschaften from Ruhr University Bochum and completed training as a Design Thinking Coach from DesignThinkingCoach Academy.
