Elizabeth Sedlacek has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Elizabeth started their career at Royal Trust as a Customer Service Manager and Training Manager. Elizabeth then moved on to Unitel as a Manager of Residential Operations, followed by a role at AT&T as a Marketing Manager. After that, they joined Optima Communications International, where they held various positions including Director of Operations and Senior Director of Business Development & Client Care. In 2016, they transitioned to Blue Ocean Contact Centers as a Director of Sales. Currently, Elizabeth is Vice President of Client Relations and Partnerships at ContactPoint 360, where they lead the client relations and partnerships team.
Elizabeth Sedlacek obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Sociology from Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, from 1977 to 1981, they graduated with honors from Mount Pearl Central High. In 2019, they attained an Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy.
