Yao Lu is currently a Data & Insight Analyst at Contact Energy Ltd. Prior to this role, Yao worked as a Customer Data Analyst at Auckland Transport. With experience as a Business Intelligence Developer at SMEtric Insights, Yao also interned as a Data Science Intern at both Debtor Daddy and the University of Canterbury. Having previously worked as an SAP Service Desk Analyst at KPMG China, Yao holds a Master of Applied Data Science from the University of Canterbury and a Bachelor of Economics from Foshan University. Currently participating in an Exchange Student Program at Ming Chuan University, Yao has a strong background in data analysis and business intelligence.
