Robert G. is an experienced Solutions Architect with a diverse background in digital initiatives, integration solutions, and data architecture. Currently employed at Contact Energy Ltd since July 2023, Robert supports the Digital Fleet initiative while recommending and delivering Digital Twin and Digital Engineering streams for the Generation and Trading business unit. Previous roles include Integration Solution Architect at St John Ambulance, focusing on ambular operations integration through MuleSoft and Azure, and Solutions Architect at SkyCity Entertainment Group. Early career highlights include Data Architect at Bank of New Zealand, responsible for data extraction and integration for financial systems, and various solution architect positions across organizations such as the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, NZ Transport Agency, and Vodafone New Zealand. Robert holds a Master of Engineering degree from The University of Auckland and completed secondary education at TeKauwhata College.
