Hailey Goad, MSSW, currently serves as the Operations Manager at CONTACT Care Line, Inc., a position held since August 2022. Prior to this role, Goad completed an internship at the same organization. Goad has extensive experience in education and healthcare, having worked as an Activities Instructor for Blount County Schools from May 2018 to June 2022 and as a Discharge Planner at Covenant Health from August 2020 to May 2022. Goad earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between June 2022 and May 2023, and previously obtained a Bachelor of Social Work (BSSW) degree from the same institution, graduating in May 2022.
