Hugo Bailon Tapia is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, currently serving as the Founder of Next Generation Services since March 2019, where value creation for clients is emphasized through extensive industry knowledge. In addition, Hugo has been the Peru Operations Manager at CONTAC since July 2022, responsible for local operational leadership and strategy alignment. Previous roles include Vice President of the Technology and Innovation committee at Sociedad Nacional de Minería, Petróleo y Energía (2016-2019), Director of Information Technology at Orazul Energy (2017-2019), and various IT management positions at Duke Energy Corporation from 2002 to 2017. Hugo's early career included IT roles at The Maple Gas Corporation, contributing to a solid foundation in information systems and operations management. Hugo is also a graduate of Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología.
