Neetu Dalal began their work experience in 2018 as a Senior Executive Purchase at Belco Pharma. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing purchasing activities. In January 2018, they also took on the role of Sap Business One at Belco Pharma Pvt Ltd. Neetu worked in both of these positions until March 2021. In March 2021, Neetu Dalal joined Consus Global as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist.

Neetu Dalal completed a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Mdu dcsa from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from Trpg college, Sonipat, from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, they attended Shri rama bharti school, Bhadurgarh, where they completed their 12th grade with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
