Mohd Asif began their work experience as an intern in the Human Resources department at SUN PHARMA in February 2020, where they stayed until March 2020. Later in October 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Thompson Press India Ltd for a month. In May 2022, Asif joined Birlasoft as a Human Resources professional until December 2022. Currently, they are working as an IT recruiter at Consus Global since January 2023.

Mohd Asif pursued their education from 2019 to 2021 at Jamia Millia Islamia, where they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, with a focus on the general field of study. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History, also at Jamia Millia Islamia.
