Pam Long is a Senior HR Systems Analyst at Consumers Energy, with a focus on HR Operational Excellence, workforce analytics, and data integrity. Pam has held various roles within Consumers Energy, including Manager of Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Consultant/IT Business Partner. With extensive experience in the IT and HR sectors, Pam also contributed as a Program Manager at VisionIT, managing service delivery for Cisco ISE.
