Corey Nykamp serves as a member of the Napoleon Community Schools School Board since September 2022. In addition, Corey has held various positions at Consumers Energy since November 2011, currently as the Director of Customer Experience Delivery, overseeing Contact Centers and Customer Care operations with a budget of $24.1 million. Corey's previous roles include Director of Customer Billing Services, managing a team of approximately 95 employees and contractors, and managing a $6.3 million budget. Prior positions also include IT Portfolio Manager, Business Relationship Manager, Delivery Lead, and Application Managed Services Lead, emphasizing strategic planning, process improvement, and team management. Corey holds a Master of Business Administration from Spring Arbor University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Mott Community College.
