From 2014 to 2016, Mia worked as a Compliance Specialist, where they were responsible for quality control reviews and implemented an employee training program. Mia then transitioned to the role of Real Estate Underwriter NMLS 744595, where they reviewed loan documentation and participated in business assignments to improve closing and funding procedures. In 2016, Mia became the Director, Loan Servicing, where they provided strategic direction and leadership for loan servicing functional areas.
