Misha Banner is a seasoned UX strategy consultant with extensive experience in product design and mentorship. Currently serving as a UX Strategy Consultant at Consumer Reports and a Product Design and Career Mentor at Designlab, Misha has previously held leadership roles at Affirma and Entergy, where responsibilities included leading design teams and establishing design disciplines. With a background as Director of Product Design at P97 Networks, Misha managed UX strategy and stakeholder relationships for mobile and web applications. Misha's early career includes creative direction at various firms, including a branding and graphic design boutique, where client communication and project execution were key focus areas. Misha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Western Governors University and a BA in Graphic Design from Taganrog State Radio University.
