Cheryl Foilb serves as the Head of Business Banking Strategy, Sales, and SB Lending Direct teams at Santander Bank, N.A. since March 2021, where leadership includes a 25-member team focused on strategic planning and project management, leading to Santander's improved ranking in JD Power's Small Business Survey. Previous roles include SVP positions at KeyBank and Capital One, where Cheryl cultivated sales enablement and strategic initiatives, contributing to recognition such as Greenwich Associatesā€™ Best Small Business Brand award and substantial double-digit sales growth. Additionally, Cheryl holds teaching positions at the Executive Banking School and possesses an MBA from Suffolk University and a BS from Merrimack College, along with a Graduate Certificate from the Consumer Bankers Association.
