Scott Silva is a seasoned intelligence professional with extensive experience in cyber signature management and open source intelligence (OSINT) analysis. Prior roles include All Source Intelligence Analyst at Prescient Edge and Lead Intelligence Analyst at ManTech, where Scott produced detailed intelligence assessments and ensured compliance with oversight policies. Scott's background also encompasses leadership positions within the US Army, where significant contributions were made to intelligence production and coordination.
