Patricia Changcoco, M.Ed., currently serves as a Sr. Instructional Systems Designer at DTS since July 2023. Previously, Patricia was a Curriculum Development Specialist at the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), where responsibilities included developing and revising courses using the ADDIE model for over 2,600 employees, facilitating train-the-trainer sessions, and conducting needs analyses for training improvements. Prior experience also includes roles as an Instructional Resource and Learning Resource with the Charles County Board of Education, developing middle-school mathematics curricula, leading professional development trainings, and implementing gifted programs. Patricia holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the American College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Michigan State University.
