Andrey Monge Castillo is an experienced presupuestista with a focus on construction budgeting. Currently employed at Constructora Proycon since November 2021, Andrey has held similar roles at CRC EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA SA and multiple other construction firms, including PROJECT BUILDERS S.A. and Norte Sur Arquitectos. In addition to budgeting responsibilities, Andrey has also served as an assistant in engineering. With a solid educational foundation in civil engineering from Universidad Fidélitas, expected to graduate in 2024, Andrey combines practical experience with academic knowledge in the construction industry.
