Andrés Lagos is the current COO at Constructora L y D S.A. Prior to this, they worked as the Gerente de Proyecto Américo Vespucio Oriente at Coordinación de Concesiones del Ministerio de Obras Públicas from October 2011 to May 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the planning, management, and control of the development of project specialties (engineering, social demand and evaluation, financial structuring, environment and territory, and bidding bases), as well as the approval processes necessary to call for a tender. From January 2005 to September 2011, Andrés Lagos worked as the Gerente de Desarrollo at Constructora L y D S.A., where they were part of the Strategic Committee (management control and definition of management policies of the Company). Andrés also participated in the budget closing for proposal presentation. Andrés Lagos led the development and implementation of the Company's Management Systems (Quality Management and Innovation Management).

Andrés Lagos has a degree in civil engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Andrés's specialization is in hydraulic engineering.
