Bianca Fernandez, PHR, has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Bianca began their career as an HR Implementation Specialist at Femwell Group Health, where they successfully implemented 75+ new medical offices of varying sizes throughout Florida into the medical group. In 2022, Bianca moved to Twitter, where they served as an HR Coordinator and Onboarding Specialist. In this role, they facilitated the onboarding process for 50+/weekly new joiners, acted as the main point-of-contact for pre and post-boarding, and conducted daily and ad-hoc audits to locate any potential discrepancies in the People Services processes. Currently, Bianca is employed as a People Operations Coordinator at Constructor.

Bianca Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, which they completed in 2013. In May 2022, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI.
