Sage Kelly, PE, is a skilled civil engineer with a Bachelor's degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned in June 2019. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Construction Testing Services since June 2023, Sage has previously held roles as a Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer at Swinerton from March 2020 to June 2023. Prior experience includes a Project Engineering Intern position at Berkel & Company Contractors, Inc. in mid-2018 and another internship at POWER Engineers in summer 2017. Sage's education began at Wood River High School, where a high school diploma was obtained in June 2015.
