Sarah Houston is an experienced Learning Designer currently at Construct since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing online learning experiences and collaborating with external subject matter experts. Previously, Sarah served as an E-learning Developer at Mwabu, creating interactive content for students and updating a Paediatric HIV course. In addition to e-learning, Sarah has experience in camp leadership as the Assistant Head of Waterfront at Camp Winadu, managing a team of 20 staff during summer programs. As General Manager at I Love Melkies, responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer service and overseeing restaurant operations. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornerstone Institute and has experience in management, communication, and instructional design across various platforms.
