Hanneke Nobels serves as the Finance Director at Constrive since July 2023 and has held the position of Interim Head of Finance & Risk at NoFiRM since August 2010. Previously, Hanneke worked as a Compliance Manager at Nationale-Nederlanden from January 2023 to July 2023, and as an Operational Risk Manager at Robeco from October 2021 to December 2022. Hanneke's experience includes roles such as Interim Risk Manager at VvAA and Operational Risk Manager at Knab and Aegon Nederland. Hanneke's career is supported by a Register Accountant degree from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Business Administration, and a Green Belt in Lean from The Lean Six Sigma Company.
