Moritz Boschert is currently serving as Legal Counsel at constellr since January 2023, focusing on advancing global food security through innovative smart farming services and advanced imaging technology. Prior experience includes a legal traineeship at HV Capital in venture capital, and additional traineeships at Oberlandesgericht M眉nchen (Higher Regional Court of Munich) and Noerr in the private equity sector. Earlier roles include research assistant positions at Latham & Watkins and P+P P枚llath + Partners, specializing in finance and M&A/private equity, respectively. Moritz Boschert holds a law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit盲t M眉nchen and has studied at the University of Lausanne.
