Caroline Sigley is an experienced legal professional currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel for Elanco, covering Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and Japan. Previously, Caroline held the position of Head of Legal for Animal Health at Bayer in Australia and New Zealand, as well as Senior Legal Counsel and Compliance Officer at Bayer New Zealand. Caroline has also served as a Committee Member for the ILANZ: In-house Lawyers Association of New Zealand and worked as a Senior Legal Counsel in Telecom Wholesale at Spark New Zealand. Caroline's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting from the University of Otago, alongside completing secondary education at Napier Girls' High School.
