Renaud Hugues is a seasoned production leader with extensive experience in the aluminium transformation sector, currently serving as Production Director at Constellium since September 2010, overseeing 1500 employees across four Autonomous Production Units. Hugues has a strong track record in managing production activities, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and safety. Previous roles at Constellium include Sheetshop APU Manager and AIRWARE Industrial Manager, where significant process improvements and lean operations were implemented. Prior to Constellium, Hugues held Lean Six Sigma Black Belt positions at Rio Tinto and Alcan, as well as engineering roles at Pechiney. Educational credentials include a degree from INSA Lyon and a DESS in Business Administration and Management from IAE Lyon.
