Charles Delfieux is the Chief Executive Officer of Constellation Technologies & Operations since March 2022. Previously, Charles held various roles at The World Bank from September 2010 to February 2022, progressing from Young Professional to Senior Specialist. Prior to that, Charles worked as an Engineer and Project Manager at SUEZ from November 2005 to August 2010 and served as a Junior Professional Associate at The World Bank from October 2003 to October 2005. Charles holds a Master's degree in Engineering from École nationale des ponts et chaussées and a Master of Science from Imperial College London, along with a background in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Prytanée National Militaire.
