Paul Jurgaitis currently serves as Associate Vice President of Business Development at Constellation Software Inc., focusing on managing and enhancing the global origination team. Prior to this role, Paul held several leadership positions at Harris Computer, including Director of Corporate Development for LATAM, France, and Quebec, where responsibilities included scaling the M&A origination function and overseeing a team dedicated to acquisition opportunities. Earlier in the career, Paul served as an Analyst in Business Development at Harris and as Sales and Operations Manager at Canada Hardscape, where Paul significantly contributed to building the sales function. Additionally, Paul co-founded LakeTech Inc., a custom development and consulting firm. Paul Jurgaitis earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
