Chris Siemiaszko has extensive work experience in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Chris currently holds the position of Vice President, Strategy and M&A at Constellation Software Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director, Strategy and M&A at the same company from September 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining Constellation Software Inc., Chris worked at CIBC Capital Markets as an Associate in Portfolio Strategy from January 2018 to April 2020. Chris also gained experience at TD as an Associate in Corporate Development & Treasury from August 2016 to January 2018.

Chris's early career includes roles as an Actuarial/Financial Analyst at Standard Life Aberdeen from December 2013 to February 2015. Chris also worked as an Intern in Portfolio Management at Optimum Asset Management from July 2013 to December 2013, and as an Intern in Pension Plan Consulting at Morneau Shepell from April 2013 to July 2013.

Chris Siemiaszko completed a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance at HEC Montréal from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science at Université du Québec à Montréal from 2011 to 2014. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute in June 2015 and the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation from the Society of Actuaries in 2015.
